I have a special interest in periodontology (gum disease) and I’m currently spending the majority of my time at Guy’s Dental Hospital on my specialist training pathway. On those days I enjoy working with patients who are referred with complex cases of periodontal disease. My priority is to put all my patients at ease and to adopt a preventative and conservative approach first. I have a strong commitment to further training and education, and enjoy applying this knowledge and experience when caring from my patients. Working in hospital 3 days a week has given me the opportunity to be taught and work alongside some of the leading world specialists in periodontology.
I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2012, achieving prizes in a range of clinical areas. I then went on to work in private practice in the City of London and Greater London, whilst attaining Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In 2019, I completed a Master of Clinical Dentistry in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. This prestigious 4-year programme at King’s College London has been running for over 20 years and I was fortunate to be their youngest graduate, passing with distinction.
At Dentistry100 I enjoy working with the team of hygienists and therapists, dentists, orthodontists and implant dentists to help ensure gum health is integrated into any dental care plans and is not just an afterthought.
In my spare time, I enjoy any opportunity to be outdoors. I particularly enjoy cycling, running and being out with my dog.
